State District Judge Julie Kocurek returned to her Austin courtroom to applause after months of rehabilitation from a November attack. She said she felt reborn and noted she is not on a full schedule and remains in physical therapy for her arm. The shooting injured her by flying glass though she was not struck by a bullet.
