No charges in Hobbs homeowner shooting justified
A Hobbs man, 70, was cleared by the Lea County District Attorney after shooting at a would be burglar outside his home on February 22 in the 1100 block of North Denson. Walace Roberson, 43, died at the scene as he attempted to break in. The case for another February 18 shooting in Ector County remains with no final action.
