Odessa couple seeks Texas marriage license after ruling
Tracy and River Austin, together 13 years, will pursue a Texas wedding license in Ector County after the U S Supreme Court ruling on same sex marriage. The couple, who wed previously in San Francisco and again recently, want a Texas ceremony to include both families. Local officials emphasize non discrimination and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Midland offers free same sex weddings July 6 to August 22 with Rev. Thomas Schmidt officiating.
