Athens eccentric Tom McGrath guards oddball garden near Acropolis
In Plaka, 54 year old Tom McGrath from Belfast tends Tom's Garden a quirky patch of junk art near the Acropolis. He invites tourists to view his improvised aquatic center and says he will phone Greek TV if authorities intervene.
