Odessa Housing and Community Development office has resolved two of six irregularities from a HUD April audit. Executive director Jack Dillard said two or three more may be mailed to HUD next week. one finding remains unresolved. The audit cited excessive administrative fees and overestimation of funding needs in the housing program, with about 410000 overissued last year. Changes include revised funding estimates and new ledgers, plus planned computer use with the city.
