Odessa man remains in jail on felony charges
A 23 year old Odessa man Julio Ceasar Cabello led Midland County Sheriff's deputies on a high speed chase Saturday night and remained jailed Sunday on bonds totaling 3000 dollars. Cabello is charged with child abuse or neglect and evading arrest in a motor vehicle both felonies. Bond on child abuse set at 1000 and on evading arrest at 2000. Chase began in Midland when deputies tried a traffic stop and he fled to 42nd Street in Odessa near Permian High School.
