Memorial held for American worker killed in Saudi Arabia

Relatives of Paul M. Johnson Jr, an engineer for Lockheed Martin, held a memorial in New Jersey. The family urged Saudi and U.S. authorities to locate his remains and urged peace, saying his life should spur Westerners to work with Middle East people to end terrorism. Johnson was abducted June 12 by al Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula. his beheading was publicly revealed June 18. Saudi forces later killed the cell leader. the body remains missing.

Man at John Wayne Airport Arrested With Knife and Gun

Ali Reza Khatami, 65, attempted to board a Chicago bound flight at John Wayne Airport carrying a loaded .38 caliber handgun and a knife in his carry on. Federal inspectors flagged the weapons during X ray screening and a joint terrorism task force opened an probe though officials say there is no confirmed terrorism link. He faced felony charges and a syringe misdemeanor, posted 20000 bail, and was released.
