Free film digitization at Sul Ross and Marfa screen
Texas Archive of the Moving Image launches its Texas Film Round-Up at Sul Ross State University Alpine July 6 to 8 offering free digitization of residents films and videos from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Films can also be dropped off during a July 7 Marfa screening of Come Back to the 5 and Dime Jimmy Dean Jimmy Dean at El Cosmico. A Wonder Girls Camp runs July 31 to Aug 4 at UT Permian Basin for girls 9 to 14 focusing on STEM health empowerment teamwork and confidence.
