Lubbock project promises sex offender free subdivision
Lubbock developer Clayton Isom and partners plan Milwaukee Ridge on 213 acres to build 665 houses with a no offender rule. Builders face penalties for selling to offenders and buyers must pass background checks. The company guarantees buyback at 85 percent of value if a sale violates rules.
