Amarillo prison tops national survey for staff sexual misconduct
A national inmate survey shows the Clements Unit in Amarillo has the highest rate of inmates reporting coercion or pressure into sex by staff at 8.7 percent among male prisons and 8.1 percent alleging sexual victimization with force or threat. The Coffield Unit in Tennessee Colony and Montford Psychiatric Facility in Lubbock also show high rates.
