Odessa man charged with burglary and assault
Donnie Wayne Duggan, 30, of 5202 Lancaster Drive, was arrested on a first degree felony charge of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit assault after entering his estranged wife residence on Stoddard Street in the 500 block, kicking in a door, and assaulting her male roommate. He was held at Ector County Detention Center on a 25000 dollar bond. The incident occurred around 1231 a.m. Friday. deputies arrived to hear a man and woman yelling and found Duggan on a couch as the door frame was damaged. The 25-year-old roommate desires charges.
