Indecency case wavering as teen seeks dismissal
A 17-year-old girl asks the Ector County District Attorney to drop charges against 22-year-old Sierra Galvan in an indecency with a child by sexual contact case. Galvan, held without bond after bond revocation, faces alleged video and photo evidence. The DA says a victim’s request does not require action and that cases are handled individually.
