The Road to Guantanamo film review portrays hardship
The Road to Guantanamo follows three British Muslims held at Guantanamo Bay for two years. Directors Winterbottom and Whitecross blend interviews and reenacted scenes to show their journey from Britain to Pakistan and Afghanistan. The film contrasts news clips of Bush and Rumsfeld with the detainees' harsh experiences, challenging viewers with its unflinching pace and minimal dramatic flair.
