Deer Park drill team hair rule sticks after vote
Deer Park High School will not change the drill team hair length rule limiting hair to neck length after a 5-2 board vote. Tracy Mitchell 14 and about a dozen peers may quit the squad in protest. Superintendent Wolters and board president Frances Tully weighed in amid a student petition and later notes of potential re-vote.
