Permian educators tied to improper relationships face charges
Timeline shows Kathryn Maples and Laura Collins linked to improper relationship cases at Permian High School. Maples indicted June 10 2013 on three counts. Collins surrendered June 17 2013 after not being charged earlier. ECISD police pursued evidence with DA aid and noted resignations in April 2013.
