Parents blast Continental over unaccompanied minors mixups
In two weekend incidents two girls were placed on incorrect flights while unaccompanied. Taylor Williams, 12, intended for Charlotte but flew from Houston to Fayetteville, while Miriam Kamens, 10, aimed for Cleveland but reached Newark. Parents accuse the airline of incompetence and demand policy changes. Continental says staff miscommunication caused the mixups and that procedures are being reinforced.
