Odessa man released after collision with train fatality
An Odessa man Benjamin Ortiz, 54, was released from Medical Center Hospital four days after his car struck a train near First Street and Crane Avenue. His mother Amparo Espino Ortiz, 74, died Monday at the hospital. A Mass for Amparo will be held at St Joseph's Church with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery.
