Reform church helps ex gang member turn life around
Albert Flores, once a gang member who wrecked his family, credits Freddie Garcia of Victory Life Fellowship in Odessa for changing his path. Garcia, former street addict who wrote Outcry in the Barrio, started the church decades ago to help drug addicts and others seeking change after he and his wife reformed their own lives. Flores says the church visitors could relate to his past and offered a path out.
