Producer denies Oz is a sequel to Wizard style film Return to Oz
Gary Kurtz, executive producer, says Return to Oz is a standalone Oz story not a sequel to The Wizard of Oz. The fantasy features new Dorothy, Billina the chicken, Tik Tok, and Jack Pumpkinhead as Dorothy returns to a damaged Emerald City, facing the Nome King and the Wheelers. Fairuza Balk stars as Dorothy.

Secret Admirer movie review wastes teen romance potential
Siskel's critique labels Secret Admirer a flawed teen romance comedy. Lori Loughlin shines in quiet moments, but the film leans on hijinks and misdirection. Parents and adults feel underused, and the unsigned letters concept fails to deliver insight into crushes. Rated R. 2 stars.
