Lite- Style Pageant to select 198 Miss Permian Basin
Permian Basin Fair pageant invites US citizens aged 17 to 20 residing in the Permian Basin to enter by August 15. Kay Tomlinson, pageant director, notes entry is $25 and eligibility requires single status with no marriages or divorces. Scholarships total 2000 dollars with $800 for the winner, $700 for first runner-up, and $500 for second runner-up based on poise, interviews, gown, and scholastic merit.
