Severe storms hit the Permian Basin causing flooded streets and widespread damage in Odessa. No injuries reported though homes and cars suffered extensive damage. poles cracked at Grandview and Boulder. Fire crews and deputies assess damage as residents seek alternate routes and await forecasts.
