Plane Crash Victim Succumbs In Midland
James J. Butler of Houston died at Memorial Hospital Midland from severe burns suffered in an Odessa Midland Airport crash a week earlier. Pilot O W Sanders also from Houston was badly burned but not in critical condition. Butler and Sanders were with Oteco Equipment Co executives visiting Odessa, plans to fly to Fort Worth when the incident occurred. Butler leaves a widow and two children.
