Perry renews Texas disaster proclamation amid wildfires

Hood County Jury Convicts Man of Capital Murder

Industrial accident at Midland well site injures three workers
Three TEC Well Services employees were injured Friday when a pulling unit collapsed at a Midland well site run by Mid-States Operating Co. Sergio Torres, 28, was in critical condition at AMC in Lubbock. Johnny Trevino, 36, and Joel Baeza, 38, were treated and released after initial treatment at Midland Memorial Hospital.
