Texas prison death after use of force with inmate
A Gatesville Crain Unit corrections officer Shana Tedder died after a confrontation with a prisoner. Tedder, with the Texas prison system since 2005, collapsed after seeking rest following the use of force incident and was pronounced dead at the facility. Investigators are reviewing the incident.
