Oilfield Services Firms Sold to Rockwater Energy Solutions
A Midland and Odessa anchored oilfield services group was sold to Rockwater Energy Solutions, a Houston based fluids management and environmental provider. The deal covers transportation logistics, sand and proppant sourcing, and related rail and transloading services across the Permian Basin. In a separate move, Flat Wireless LLC expands payment network to over 150 centers nationwide including nine Odessa Ector County locations. SandRidge Energy sold West Texas assets for 130 million dollars, producing about 1100 barrels of oil equivalent daily.
