Man dies after being struck by car in Midland
A 22-year-old New Jersey man died at Midland Memorial Hospital from head injuries sustained when struck by a vehicle Monday near West Front Avenue. Police say Edwin Morgan Hall, 17, of Wingate, drove a 1991 Buick Park Avenue west while Foley crossed, later noting Foley’s prior arrest for disorderly conduct and release from jail. No charges filed yet as the DA reviews the case.
