Helicopters Nearly Collide Over Minneapolis Flight Incident
AP reports a near collision over suburban Minneapolis involving Western Airlines Flight 530 a Boeing 727 bound for Minneapolis St Paul and a State Patrol helicopter both pilots veered away after contact with FAA control tower. An FAA spokesman said the controller involved was relieved pending investigation.
