Summit Power seeks new partner as $3B Texas plant stalls
Summit Power Group executives say they have not secured funding for the more than 3 billion Texas Clean Energy Project. The Odessa Development Corporation extended land incentives to save the plant after DOE funding ended, while Summit focuses on finding a new partner and redesigning the plant to sell CO2 to oil companies.
