The Odessa Black Chamber of Commerce Charitable Fund Scholarship offers three $500 awards. Eligible ECISD graduates applying to college, university, or trade school in summer or fall 2009 must submit a three page essay titled How Do You As a Young American Embody The Spirit of Service.
