Midland man rearrested in fatal motorcycle crash
Robert Lee Barsic, a 33 year old Midland man, was rearrested Thursday night on intoxication manslaughter charges connected to a May 30 fatal motorcycle crash in Midland. He was driving a black Harley Davidson north on Rankin Highway when the bike hit a raised cement divider. Passenger Shelley Trout, 38, died of head trauma after being thrown from the bike.
