The IRS filed liens totaling about 6.7 million dollars in federal court against Koscot Interplanetary Cosmetics Inc, founded by Glenn W. Turner. Office locks prevented access to corporate records, hampering Turner's defense as federal mail fraud and civil actions loom. Assets were seized in Sanford and Orlando as agents acted after estimating income for years ending July 1969 and July 1971. Turner, 38, was reportedly out of town.
