Boy with cerebral palsy joins Pee Wee baseball team
Frankie Carr, 7, refused by neighborhood kids and local clubs because of his disability, finds a place with the Dodgers Pee Wee club in Cedar Hills. Coach Ray Vinson introduces him as a new member and he quickly proves his talent by collecting three singles and four RBIs as the team plays in a T-ball league.
