Miners Families Protest Closed Hearing In Harlan

In Harlan Kentucky more than a dozen relatives of five miners killed in the May 20 Darby Mine No 1 blast picketed a closed door hearing. Investigators interviewed about 25 Kentucky Darby LLC employees and executives as family access was denied.
