The suit, backed by Kansas Oklahoma Arkansas and Louisiana, could rise to about $202 million with interest by August 2005. A negotiated Texas deal would pay $30 million to take the waste, including a $25 million one-time fee and a $5 million contribution to a Perpetual Care Fund.
