Bad Boys II earns the summer’s vilest film tag
Review blasts Bad Boys II as bloated with a cruel cynical edge and racist overtones. It praises only Ray’s restrained approach when Martin Lawrence and Will Smith finally appear as themselves, noting the two and a half hour run time and Hollywood bravado.

Johnny English spoof roars as Mr Bean parodies Bond
New York AP review calls Johnny English a silly, relentlessly manic spy spoof. Rowan Atkinson stars as Johnny English, a bungling 007 wannabe whose overthetop stumbles aim for comedy, delivering both moments of hilarity and drag in 87 minutes. John Malkovich lauds Atkinson as a hyperkinetic anti Bond.
