Odessa park project shelved after bid drought
Odessa officials may pause a 1.7 million McKinney Park project after only one bid was received on June 27. City staff and Halff and Associates recommend rejecting the bid and rebidding when the construction market improves. The plan covers demolition, a spray ground, amphitheater, fields, trails and parking with 1.9 million in available funds.
