Ector County ruling on same sex marriage services
County attorney Dusty Gallivan says justices of the peace must perform all marriages including those affected by the Supreme Court ruling on same sex marriage. If a clerk objects, another must issue licenses and if none are available the county clerk must issue the license by law.
