Alphabet soup divorces clog Ector County filings
Alphabet soup in Ector County divorce filings confuses indexing as lawyers and Judge Joe Connally note. Clerks often do not know parties’ names until long after filing, sometimes up to a year, leaving initials in records and complicating amended filings.
