Comstock mayor represents Hargrove in cruelty to animal case
Brewster County Sheriff Ronny Dodson reported an arrest warrant for Hargrove on cruelty to an animal charges after a guest allegedly harmed a goat at a Lajitas resort. The goat, named Clay Henry, was castrated with testicles left in a condo refrigerator. Two cleaning women found them and alerted officials. the goat survived after medical care.
