Judge frees boy from state guardianship in Morse case
In Chicago AP report, 18 year old known as T.J. who helped drop 5 year old Eric Morse from a 14th floor window is released from state guardianship after probation. Judge Carol Kelly says case involved death but notes T.J. is doing well and in a mentoring program aiming to graduate this year.
