Federal judge Lucius Bunton dies at 76 in Austin
Lucius D. Bunton III, a renowned federal district judge known for fast moving hearings and a water pistol humor, died Wednesday in Austin at age 76. He presided over the Lee Harvey Oswald trial and had a courthouse in Pecos named for him. Memorial services are set for Friday in Odessa with family visitation today.
