Toxic tower coming down near Ground Zero
The 41 story former Deutsche Bank building near Ground Zero, long shrouded in netting and toxic dust after 9/11, is finally being dismantled. After years of legal fights and accidents, the structure stands two stories above street level as the agency overseeing the project anticipates complete removal within about a week.
