San Antonio Bandidos leaders indicted in racketeering case

National leaders of the Bandidos biker gang faced federal charges in San Antonio for racketeering and a deadly war with the Cossack gang. The indictment ties the three Texas based officials to a three year campaign of violence, drug distribution, extortion, and clashes with rivals including a Fort Worth shooting in 2014. The actions followed a Waco incident and center on meetings at Twin Peaks and ongoing gang warfare across Texas. Potential life sentences await if convicted on the most serious counts.
