A pre trial hearing set the Precinct 3 County Commissioner's seat case for 9 am Tuesday with visiting District Judge Willie DuBose overseeing. The suit by Republican David Dunn claims fraud and poor recount management by Barbara Graff and Elections Administrator Sharon Wilson over the Nov 15 recount, focusing on two duplicate mail in ballots that were rejected. The case, filed Dec 4, argues Dunn was denied a fair count after the one vote loss to Graff following the disputed ballots.
