Federal appeals court orders second look at SBC plan
A DC Circuit panel ordered the FCC to reconsider SBC Communications long distance approval in Oklahoma and Kansas, after competitors argued SBC charges for access to its network are too high. The court urged a fuller review of whether SBC’s pricing harms competition while SBC operates in five states.
