ECISD to consider granting graduation eligibility to seniors like Brian Lasley who have not passed all TAAS sections. Lasley, an Odessa High School senior, spoke passionately at a special Ector County ISD meeting, urging approval for those who have not yet met TAAS requirements to participate in graduation. He has taken TAAS math four times and needs one more attempt. without passage or a ruling, he could be barred from graduating.
The G-130s will fly from Rhein-Main Air Base Germany to Bosnia to aid 100,000 Muslims in the eastern region. Drops will occur at higher than normal altitudes with the aid landing outside target areas and accessible to various ethnic groups.
