Clinton Yeltsin to Meet in One Day Summit
President Clinton and Boris Yeltsin agreed to a one day summit on April 4 in a third country to bolster Russia's reform effort. Odessa praised for water reuse plan and future conservation
Odessa is one of 14 Texas communities cited by the Texas Water Development Board for innovative water reuse efforts. Officials received a commendation in Austin for a plan to reuse treated wastewater for irrigation in homes parks and industries. Washington AP reports a congressional Office of Technology Assessment study found pharma firms earn at least 36 million more than R&D costs on each new drug after taxes between 1981 and 1983. It notes a 4.3 percent after-tax return and 2 to 3 percent higher margins than other industries while prices rise despite patent protection.

Clinton orders relief airdrop for Bosnians
