Friends and relatives gathered in Atlantic Highlands and surrounding towns for the funeral of Vito Genovese aged 71. A 10 a.m. requiem Mass was held at St Agnes Rosman Church with burial in St Johns Cemetery Queens New York. Visitors viewed the body at a Red Bank funeral home in New Jersey as the family requested privacy. Genovese died Friday at the federal prison medical center in Springfield Missouri from congestive heart failure.
