Shiloh area grows with Vista la Paz and Vista del Norte homes
Realtor Virgil Trower praises the Shiloh subdivision progress and a 1.3 mile Faudree Road frontage as the Vista la Paz and Vista del Norte projects move forward. Don Wood Kirk Edwards and the Hext family lead development with prices from 225,000 to 4.5 million. Sunrise Point Estates adds 222 homes from 70,000 to 150,000 in the same Odessa corridor, aided by Home Dollars subsidies and city policies to hold tax rates steady during the 15 year buildout.
