West Virginia pastor windfall from Powerball planned
The WV Powerball winner Andrew Whittaker plans to donate 10 percent of his 170 million gross winnings to three Church of God pastors to administer funds for the poor. Pastors in Hurricane Hinton Jumping Branch and California indicated interest and caution as details remain unsettled. Spokesman John Auge said plans would be worked out after Whittaker returns home and prays over the next steps.
